The Samba, characterized by a sensual dance rhythm played on various Brazilian musical instruments, is the official dance of Brazil and remains the most common form of Afro-Brazilian music. Whether it be in the dancing at the world renowned Carnaval in Rio or the various Samba schools, people who gather to play, sing and dance the Samba, all enjoy a very contagious rhythm.
